Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, you do not need to create an account before placing an order. You may check out as a guest on veralissek.shop. However, creating an account can make it easier to view your order history and manage future purchases.
Ordering & Payment
Can I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Yes. If you have not completed checkout, you can remove any item from your shopping cart at any time. Once the order has been placed successfully, items can no longer be removed directly from the order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have not yet completed payment, you may simply update your cart and place a new order.
If your order has already been paid, we can usually help cancel or modify it within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered processing or shipping. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible at support@veralissek.shop with your order number.
Can you custom make tea ware items?
At this time, we do not offer custom-made teapots, tea cups, or tea ware products. The items you receive will match the product style and description shown on our website, subject to reasonable handmade or production variations where applicable.
If I want to change information on a paid order, such as product style, shipping address, or shipping method, what should I do?
We can only make changes if the order has not yet been shipped. If you need to update your order information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@veralissek.shop.

Will the product I receive look exactly like the website photos?
We do our best to present our tea ware as accurately as possible. Are slight glaze marks, color differences, or handmade variations considered defects?
Not necessarily. For many tea ware products, especially ceramic or artisan-style items, slight differences in glaze, texture, color tone, or finish can be part of the product’s natural character and are not automatically considered defects. If you believe your item is damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us and we will review the issue.
Can I use your teapots and tea cups for daily tea drinking?

Are your tea ware products dishwasher or microwave safe?

Where does my order ship from?
Our tea ware products may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination. Many items are sourced through our fulfillment partners in China, and select orders may also be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse when available.
