By placing an order on veralissek.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy. At Veralissek, we are committed to offering thoughtfully selected teapots, teacups, and tea ware, along with responsive customer service. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellations & Changes

Free Cancellations / Changes: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of successful payment, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

After 24 Hours: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

To request an order cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@veralissek.shop and include your order number.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
  • Non-quality-related returns (for example, if you change your mind): requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a non-quality-related return, the item must be unused, unwashed, not brewed with, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

2.2 Important Notes for Tea Ware Products

  • Because our products include teapots, tea cups, and tea ware intended for beverage use, used items are generally not eligible for return for hygiene and product integrity reasons, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For handmade or artisan-style ceramic tea ware, slight variations in glaze, texture, color tone, shape, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the product’s character and craftsmanship and do not automatically qualify as defects.
  • Please inspect ceramic, glass, or fragile tea ware carefully upon delivery and contact us promptly if any item arrives damaged.

2.3 Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@veralissek.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
  3. Securely pack the item, including any original packaging and accessories, to help prevent damage during return transit.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product — we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate resolution.
  • For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For international returns, we recommend marking the package as "Returned Goods" where applicable to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

2.5 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 business days after inspection.
  • PayPal payments: refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after approval.
  • Credit card payments: refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

2.6 Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for eligible items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests follow the same review process as returns.

3. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if:

  • The item has been used, brewed with, washed, damaged after delivery, or is not in its original condition.
  • The return request is made outside the applicable return window.
  • The product is missing original parts, accessories, or protective packaging where applicable.
  • There is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, or abusive/fraudulent return behavior.
