Shipping Policy

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and DHL.

Please note that we typically require 1 to 3 business days to process and fulfill your order before dispatch. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that holidays, customs clearance, and local carrier delays may affect delivery times.

  • $5.99 shipping fee for orders under $60

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For orders shipped to the United States, our current estimates are as follows:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT -08:00)
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 7–15 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Please note: these estimates do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.

A business day refers to official working days of the week, generally Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping may take longer than expected in certain circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, customs delays, holiday seasons, festivals, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. In such cases, delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, acts of government, natural disasters, fire, explosion, typhoon, flood, earthquake, war, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order at first, please don’t worry — the remaining items will be shipped shortly after.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there may be only a limited window of time to correct an address after an order is placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

veralissek.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Tracking Information Availability

Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 days of placing your order, please contact us.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”

For some shipping carriers, tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the online tracking system. If there is still no update after 5 business days from the time you received your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected. This allows us to fulfill your order as efficiently as possible from available inventory locations.
